The TI-82 is a powerful and economical graphing calculator for high school students in Trig and Algebra classes. For a long time it was the calculator of choice among students. In recent years, however, TI has released newer and more powerful models which are slowly replacing the TI-82 and it's predecesors, the TI-81 and TI-85. The TI-82 is approved for use on most standardized tests, including the SAT. The TI-82 supports the TI-Graph Link.
